Who We Are

Meet Christie. Hi, I’m founder of Divergent Paths, LLC. I work at the intersection of change, difference, and inclusion — helping others thrive off the beaten path! I created Divergent Paths to support others who’ve never quite fit the mold — those ready to live, work, and lead in ways that reflect who they truly are - especially those that require new ways of thinking, living, and leading. 

As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman, educator, coach, and life-long trail-mapper, I know what it means to live outside the lines. My path has taken many turns — across psychology, human services, special education, and leadership — but one thread connects it all: helping others find their way. I’ve never really taken the traditional route, and my path has not been linear — that’s exactly what makes me uniquely positioned as a coach and guide!

As a transformational coach, educator, and neurodivergent advocate, I bring over 25 years of experience walking alongside people who live and learn differently. I hold degrees in Psychology, Human Services, and Educational Leadership, along with specialized training in transformational coaching, neurodiversity, and trauma-informed support. I’ve spent decades supporting individuals with disabilities, guiding families through transitions, and consulting with teams who are ready to build more inclusive, human-centered systems. Now, I’m focused on building tools and experiences that empower change from the inside out.

I know what it’s like to forge a new and unexpected path, and my path has not been linear! I’ve never really taken the traditional route — and that’s exactly what make me uniquely positioned as a coach and guide!
